1. About Us

Be a Woman of Legacy provides thoughtfully curated experiences designed to encourage meaningful connection, personal growth, wellness, and recreation, including golf experiences, Legacy Voyage, educational workshops, wellness experiences, and future community events.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise specified. By completing a reservation, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

3. Reservations

Reservations are confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received and are subject to availability.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed reservations.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers. Be a Woman of Legacy does not store complete payment information.

6. Event Policies

Each experience has its own Event Policy. By reserving an experience, guests agree to the applicable Event Policy.

7. Liability Waivers

Certain experiences require guests to electronically acknowledge a Liability Waiver before participation.

8. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to treat fellow participants, staff, vendors, instructors, captains, and venues with respect. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

9. Photography & Media

Photography and video may be captured during events. Guests wishing not to appear should notify event staff before the experience begins.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, event concepts, and written materials are the exclusive property of Be a Woman of Legacy and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

11. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Services
